I always stay at this place. Never regret it. First time, staff found my lost necklace. It suits me. Wi-Fi, Dryer, Electric kettle, Shared kitchen, Air conditioning, Airport shuttle. Coming back for New Year.

Location is convenient, near Cho ba le Market, maybe 25 mins walk. The personnel is amazing. The breakfast is simple, with fruit and juice, as example. There's views to a green garden.

Nothing it was perfect!

I keep coming back for the amazing staff who made me feel at home. They helped me explore the town. The homestay provides everything I need: Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, Flat-screen TV, Cycling, and a warm welcome drink. I'm excited to visit again for my holiday.

I had a fantastic stay at this homestay. The rooms and house were beautiful and clean, a real treat compared to other places I've stayed in Vietnam. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of the old town, but in a nice quiet area away from the crowds. The shower was strong and the AC worked well. Plus, the view over the garden/field was lovely. I would definitely recommend this homestay.

Great location with friendly accommodating hosts. The room was a good size, the bed was comfy and clean. The hosts helped us with anything we asked them and gave us a map of the main attractions in the area. They also let us keep our bags and use a shower after checking out. Going out on the bikes provided was a great experience!

It would have been better if the towels were changed on a daily basis. The air conditioning was too strong at night, making it a bit cold, and the blanket was thin.

The dark tile roofs and white walls really make the place pop! The cozy space, with a mix of nostalgia and modernity, is absolutely delightful. It's conveniently located just 10 minutes from the center, and the on-site bar and free WiFi are a bonus.

She organized airport transfers for us and even arranged a day trip for our family. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the bustling Ancient Town.
